Section: “Regional and Corporate Navigation Information Systems”Pavilion 2, Blue Hall
The important issues, necessary to be discuss at the section, are: legal, organizational, financial and technical problems in creating RNIS; successful experience in creating RNIS, including creating commercial services; RNIS real effectiveness — as a tool to control transportation operations and to penalize passenger and cargo transportation offenders.
As a result of the section’s work we will summarize advanced experience of regions and investors in creating, introducing and using RNIS, identify the most critical issues, including legal, organizational and technical ones, make proposals for their solving.
