He was born in December 6, 1962, in Voronezh.
In 1988 he graduated form Voronezh State University with the specialty “applied mathematics”.
In 1992-2000 he worked at the company “Releks” – a domestic producer of the data base management system.
He was responsible for hypertext systems. From 1994 till 2000 he was a representative of Russia at the stand of the Ministry of Science and Technical Policy during the exhibition CeBIT (Germany). In 1999 he was awarded with a medal of the VVTs (the All-Russia Exhibition Centre).
He finished the President program for training management personnel (the specialty – management). For a long time he was working at the company Siemens (banking systems, systems based on SAP R3).
He is the owner of the firm “Vistar” developing software (including for systems of satellite object monitoring).
