Born December 16, 1968 in Moldova.
In 1989 graduated from the Higher Military-Political Krasnoznamenskaya school specialty “Deputy Commander of the Strategic Missile Forces Start-up”.
In 2002 received a second degree in “Assistant in International Relations” at the Academy of Management under the Government of the city of Chisinau.
From 1985 to 2002 served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (deputy commander of the group start PBC, deputy commander of the peacekeeping battalion, head of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation).
From 2011 to 2013 — the head of department on work with the manufacturers and the development of the project “ERA-GLONASS” group of companies “M2M telematics”.
From 2013 — the head of department for work with manufacturers SpaceTeam^® Service (included in SpaceTeam^® holding).
